Lead Time
Typically, we will process orders within one to three (1 to 3) business days. During a busy holiday season, it may take three to five (3 to 5) business days to process the orders.

Fulfillment
Fulfillment time could take up to one to two (1 to 2) business days if received before 11AM CST

Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be emailed to sales@southpointhemp.com and must say “CANCELLED” with the referenced order number within one (1) hour of the order.
